Language and Identity: Explorations Through Film

The OWRI Cross Languages Dynamics have supported film students to produce a number of short films, to be shown in November 2018.

About: Language and Identity is explored in the form of a mini film festival in Manchester. Including talks and discussion, the event is aimed at all members of the general public interested in language, identity and/or the short film documentary genre. Languages ranging from Arabic, indigenous languages of Mexico and South Africa, and ‘Spanglish’ are featured. All welcome.
